From the moment I met her for my first informational meeting in her sweet office, I felt like I was in good hands and felt that I knew Sara for years. She is very open, friendly and inclusive. Each of my appointments was very thorough and unrushed. I also learned a lot from Sara about the pregnancy and post partum care. Her care was so much better than the care I received at UCLA for my first baby and I got the same ultrasounds, tests, etc that you'd expect with a doctor.

She is an amazing human being and a great professional. She has this amazing calm and confident energy. Her natural way to see the pregnancy and birth was everything I expected. We felt very safe under her care and our baby boy was born at home, just like we dreamed about. We were both very healthy and everything went as expected. Sara is also a lactation consultant, which helped a lot and made us able to nurse. We cannot thank Sara enough for everything she has done. We would do everything again.

Sara supported us through our entire pregnancy and I can honestly say that although I could've done it without her, I wouldn't have wanted to.

From the moment we met Sara, we knew she was the one!
We instantly fell in love and knew she was right for us! She was and still is everything we want in a midwife! Sara is great listener, extremely intelligent, funny, and all around extraordinary person! She made us feel at ease and comfortable during our whole process- from TTC to prenatal visits, birth & postpartum care. Sara has answered every question we had with knowledge and care. When we were trying to conceive it was important for us to feel safe and supported from professionals- Sara did that for us! We could hardly wait for our prenatal visits to be weekly visits, mostly because we loved seeing her! During labor and birth we felt completely taken care of. Birth is such a primal experience and having her by our side, made us feel safe to be vulnerable. She is also a true gift to the LGBTQ community- she's a true ally for ALL kinds of families!
